PLANET FITNESS MEMBERSHIP

  1. Eligibility

    1. Team Member must be out of training.

    2. Team Member must maintain less than 15 disciplinary points at all times.

    3. Once the membership is active, the Team Member must use their membership for an average of 6x/month or more to keep it.

    1. Chick-fil-A will pay for 100% of the Classic Planet Fitness Membership. You may upgrade to the Black Card for an additional fee if you’d like. See details here.

    2. If you are under the age of 18, you must sign up with a parent/guardian.

    3. We offer three different club locations for you to choose from. You must pick ONE.

      1. Katy Ranch (24547 Katy Fwy)

      2. Katy Fry (1705 N Fry Rd)

      3. Langham Creek (6960 Barker Cypress Rd)

  3. Enrollment

    1. If you are eligible for enrollment, you will receive an email during the open enrollment dates.

    2. Open enrollment will typically happen in January, April, July and September. Use the link here.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP)

401(k) OR DEBT REIMBURSEMENT

Your financial future is important to us! Team Members can opt into one of two options, 401(k) or debt reimbursement. You cannot be opted into both options at the same time.

  1. Eligibility

    1. Team Members must have worked for our Chick-fil-A location(s) for at least 1 year and accumulated 1,000 hours or more of service in their first 12 months. If you do not meet the requirement in the first 12 months, then the requirement (1,000 hours) must be met within the calendar year to become eligible.

  2. Details

    1. A 401(k) plan is a company-sponsored retirement account that employees can contribute to for their future. Employers also make matching contributions if the employee participates in the plan. You are NOT required to participate in a 401k plan. However, you are required to decline participation or you will be automatically enrolled in the plan when you become eligible.     1. If you are eligible for 401(k) enrollment, you will be notified. Enrollment is quarterly at the beginning of the pay period.

    2. If you believe you are eligible for debt reimbursement, please see a Director to verify. If so, they will walk you through your next steps!

School Supply Gifting (K-8)

Your kids are a part of our family! Each year we gift school supplies to our team member’s children in grades K-8th!

  1. Eligibility

    1. Team Member must request school supplies for only their own dependents.

    2. Children must be in Kindergarten - 8th grade.

  2. Details

    1. In August, we invite our team members and their families to the restaurant to gift their children’s school supplies and enjoy a meal together!

  3. Enrollment

    1. A form will be sent in the beginning of the summer for your completion.

    2. Forms must be submitted by specified due date and approved by the Directorship team.
